The Yoga Foundation 100 hour course is broken down into 5 topics covering the elements of Water, Wood, Fire, Earth and Metal.  Each element is covered in 12 individual topics and comes with a simple quiz to check your understanding of the content

If you continue your studies with us after this course, on a full time 200 hour in class course or Online VIP Package the cost of this course will be credited towards that course (effectively making this course free at that point).

Module  Structure

Each Element above is broken down in to the 12 sections to the right and concluded with a short multiple-choice style quiz.    Each module details the element in terms of the postures that are appropriate for it, a yoga nidra that you can listen to and well explained Pranayamas that you can watch and practive along with.  We also present some basic anatomy relative to the element and introduce words that phrases that you can use (NLP).  The module rounds out with some health and home habits that you can take advantage of immediately.  The short quiz is very straight forward and is there simply as a means to consolidate your learning (you can take the quiz as many times as you like).

Each element includes numerous videos, audio tracks and PDF documents.  One a module is complete you can visit any topic directly at any time you need to refresh your understanding

The Yoga Foundation 100 hour course comes with a free Introduction to Seasonal Yoga course (30 minutes).  The main 100 hour course breaks down the content into 5 elements with each element broken down further into 12 easily digestible topics.  Each topic comes with a quiz to check your understanding of the content.

The course is built on a world class learning management system and clearly outlines each topic in a simple to use format.  You can easily see course contents, your progress, and quiz results as you progress through the course.
