Module 1: Introduction

Welcome to the 100 hour 5 elements course

On this we course we will take you on the journey of finding your self practice, having a greater understanding of yoga, know more about how your body works and the organs which at different times need different attention and knowledge. Over all this 100 hours, over around 15 weeks, should leave you feeling healthier and fitter with a better knowledge of how to maintain  a full, long term practice

Seeing, Touching, tasting, smelling and Hearing, the Elements compliment each other in different levels of mobility outside… 

while Inside they give internal awareness and feeling.

Blockages occur in the energy of the body – small adjustments are needed to get you back in a balanced flow, 

Here we use the 5 elements to achieve that.
